Sundance Window Cleaning - Terms and Conditions 2026

1. Agreement

By approving this quote, you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions and enter into a legally binding agreement with Sundance Window Cleaning. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.


2. Scope of Work

Services are limited to those listed in the approved quote. Any additional services requested on-site or prior to service are subject to approval and may result in additional charges. Work will not proceed beyond the original scope without client approval.


3. Access & Job Site Conditions

The Client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all areas to be serviced.

This includes:

  • Moving vehicles, furniture, and personal belongings

  • Securing pets

  • Providing clear access to work areas

If job site conditions prevent us from completing the work (including but not limited to blocked access, locked gates, aggressive pets, or unsafe conditions), a service fee may be applied.


4. Water & Utilities

The Client agrees to provide access to a working water supply as required.

Failure to provide access to necessary utilities may result in cancellation and a service/travel fee of $50/hour.


5. Results Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver the highest quality results, some stains, discoloration, or defects may not be fully removable through standard cleaning methods.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hard water stains

  • Mineral deposits

  • Oxidation

  • Paint or construction debris

  • Failed or broken window seals

Additional restoration services may be required and are not included unless specified.


6. Liability

Sundance Window Cleaning carries $5,000,000 in general liability insurance.

We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Broken or poorly sealed windows or doors

  • Wood rot

  • Defective construction

  • Loose or improperly installed gutters

  • Loose shingles

  • Improper caulking

We are only responsible for damages resulting directly from our negligence.

Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.


7. Ladder & Safety Conditions

Some services require ladder use and elevated work. Sundance Window Cleaning reserves the right to refuse, modify, or stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe.


8. Deposits

A deposit of 40% of the quoted total is required to secure your scheduled service date.

Deposits compensate for reserved time and are:

  • Non-refundable within 72 hours of your scheduled service

  • Transferable in cases of weather-related rescheduling


9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with at least 72 hours notice.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Sundance Window Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather or unsafe conditions.


10. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit card (via Client Portal)

  • E-transfer

Invoices are sent upon completion.

Late payments:

  • May incur a 5% late fee after 7 days

  • May incur interest of 2% per month thereafter

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse future service

  • Send unpaid invoices to collections

  • Recover associated costs


11. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will address the issue promptly at no additional charge.


12. Gutter & Exterior Surface Disclaimer

Cleaning services may reveal pre-existing issues.

We are not responsible for:

  • Improper gutter pitch

  • Loose fasteners

  • Hidden leaks or drainage issues

  • Surface staining that cannot be removed through cleaning


13. Minimum Service Charge

A minimum service charge may apply depending on job size and location.


14. Photography & Marketing

The Client agrees that Sundance Window Cleaning may take before-and-after photos or videos for marketing purposes.

  • No personal or sensitive information will be captured

  • Clients may opt out by notifying us prior to service


15. Maintenance Clients (Optional Future Use)

Clients enrolled in recurring maintenance services may receive:

  • Priority scheduling

  • Preferred service availability
