What is your service area?

We proudly serve all of York Region:

Aurora, Newmarket, East Gwillimburry, King, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, and Stouffville.

Under certain circumstances, we sometimes will venture to other areas of the GTA. These jobs will be subject to a travel surcharge.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We are fully covered with WSIB and also have $5,000,000 in Liability coverage as well.

Questions About Our Services

Do I need to be home at the time of my cleaning

It is not necessary for you to be home for exterior only work. However, most homeowners do prefer to home at the time of the service to meet the crew.

For interior work, someone will need to be home or have made prior arrangements to give our team access.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

We recommend to have your exterior windows cleaned every 6 months and your interior windows cleaned at least once per year. 

We offer discounted prices for more frequent cleanings!

Will rain affect window cleaning results?

No! Dirty windows are caused by dust, pollen, salt and other airborne pollutants getting on the glass. Dirty windows are not caused by rain.

Whether we clean in rain or shine, your windows will be immaculate either way.

How can I prepare for my cleaning?

There a few things that can done prior to our arrival that will help us work safely and efficiently.

  1. Remove your window screens
  2. Clear any items that may be blocking access to windows (beds, computers, plants, etc)
  3. Park vehicles on street
  4. Make sure exterior water spigot is turned on

Questions About Our Prices

Do you have a minimum service charge?

We have a $200.00 minimum service charge for our Window Cleaning Packages and a $225.00 minimum for Eavestrough Cleaning Packages.

This is so we can pay our team well and they in turn will treat your home as if it were their own!

Do you offer a Neighbourhood Discount?

Yes we do! If both you and your neighbour book a cleaning with us, you both will a 5% discount.

Can I get a lower price if I book more than 1 service?

Absolutely. We offer service bundle pricing so the more services you book with Sundance, the more you can save.

How does payment work?

Our goal is to make doing business with us as easy as possible! Our invoicing system allows you to pay directly from your emailed invoice.

We accept:

  • Credit card
  • E-transfer

A 50% deposit is required to save your spot on our schedule.
